But now in 2019 | 2020 the present situation has reversed totally. We have a shortage of suitable office space in the market a multitude of so called flex operators, a tight market in the City Center, and retail spaces converted into office spaces due to a very strong demand.

K-Swiss is an international Sport shoe-wear company selling shoes in 80 countries over 5 continents. K-Swiss assigned Bienco as its advisor to dispose 1000 m2 office space of its EMEA headquarters as they needed less space due to the transfer of office to Lyon.
Bienco invited big broker companies to come up with ideas for new tenants but managed itself with a proactive approach to lease the space to another tenant resulting in lower occupancy costs for the client.
